Zanab is a hard worker. After school she helps her parents in their ‘corner’ store, so do two of her other siblings. But, it is difficult to feed a family of 12 from a small grocery store income, approximately $50/month. Her parents keep wondering whether they would be able to pay for high school education of their ten children.

Note: This scholarship covers the remainder of grade 9, ensuring Zanab can stay in school until at least August 31, 2009.
